Responsibilities

The producer will be responsible for overseeing the entire project. The producer will handle the scheduling and development of milestones, forecasting and analyzing the progress of the project, ensuring swift progression. The producer will also communicate between all other divisions, resolve conflicts, and most importantly, motivate the team.

Needed Skills

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proven leadership and management expertise
• Strong ability to motivate and work in teams
• Passion for making and playing video games

Preferred Skills

• Certified or high level understanding of SCRUM
• Technical background is a plus
